Jess set up Willow Nutrition Limited, a virtual nutrition clinic based in Dublin, Ireland in 2020.
The aim of Willow Nutrition is to support individuals in reaching their goals from a friendly, realistic & evidence-based model.
Jess is passionate that food provides pleasure and supports us in living our lives to the fullest which is why she practices a non-diet approach within the framework of Intuitive Eating, gaining her qualification as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor in 2021.

Originally from Dublin, Jess initially obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Ulster in 2011. She subsequently moved to England where she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics (2013) & Masters of Science in Dietetics (2016) in Leeds Beckett University.

Jess worked in the NHS in acute and community roles specialising as a Senior Dietitian in Nutritional Support, Critical Care, Head & Neck Oncology and Bariatrics (weight loss surgery). She moved back to Ireland in 2017 where she has worked in private & public healthcare as a Senior Dietitian in areas of Oncology, Gastroenterology and Diabetes.

Jess has gained dietetic experience in various countries. In 2019 she travelled to volunteer in Kisiizi Hospital in South West Uganda as a Nutritional Clinical Tutor with UCD Volunteering Overseas organisations where she took part in and oversaw the implementation of numerous healthcare & nutrition related projects. She has also volunteered in nutrition projects in Peru & Sri Lanka.

Jess has always been passionate in the area women’s health, she uses a gentle nutrition approach while working with couples to optimise their nutrition with the aim of achieving conception and a healthy pregnancy.
